Broadway team members laughing together in a brick loft workspace
Backstage at Broadway

The audience sees the performance. This is where it gets built.

Mornings are loud. Afternoons are hard. Evenings are usually somebody’s best day so far.

A day here starts with a room: goals for the day, product refreshers, a run-through of whatever went sideways yesterday, and a genuinely competitive amount of energy about who’s going to have the best afternoon.

Then everybody goes out and does the job. People come back with stories, numbers, and the specific look of somebody who got told no eleven times and yes twice. We’d rather build a team out of that than out of anything on a resume.

Nobody here gets good alone. Somebody stayed late with every single person on this team.

After the run — recognition

Placeholder imagery. Real team photography from Broadway campaigns and events will be added here.

Competition

Leaderboards, friendly rivalries, and the honest tension of everyone knowing how everyone did.

Recognition

Wins get named out loud in front of the team, not buried in a report.

Together

Travel, team nights, event weekends and community work — most of it not on a calendar invite.
